Terms & Conditions 

  • A non-refundable booking deposit of  20% is required to secure any booking. Your booking wont be put into the diary until this payment is received - we will provisionally hold your slot for 48hrs giving you time to pay this. After the 48hr period we cannot be held responsible if your desired slot is taken by another client before your payment has been made. 

  • As we charge per head once we have quoted you for the amount of people attending  and the deposit has been paid - the number of people we cater for can not be decreased even if people cancel attending we require full payment per original quote. Any increases can be made 2 weeks prior.

  • We provide an invoice/receipt, sent to you via email. 

  • The final outstanding balance will be paid 2 weeks before the event for smaller events. 

  • Final outstanding balance deadlines  for larger events like weddings etc, will be confirmed during the quotation period.

  • For unforeseen circumstances where the client needs to cancel, we are happy to carry your booking deposit over to another date subject to availability.

  •  Clients are fully responsible for all hired items, on collection we will inspect all items and any damages will be charged in full. 

By paying your booking deposit you are agreeing to all terms and conditions set by DC Eventz.
